National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NIT Trichy or NITT), is a public technical and research university near the city of Tiruchirappalli in Tamil Nadu, India. Ph.D. Programme: Full-Time & Part-Time July 2021

NIT-T offers full-time and part-time Ph.D. Program in all branches of Engineering (Chemical, Civil, CSE, Energy and Environment, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation and Control, Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials, and Production), Architecture, Computer Applications, Management Studies, Science (Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics), and Humanities (English/ Economics).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree in the relevant discipline of Humanities/Social Science/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Commerce/ Statistics with a qualified UGC/ NET/ CAT/ AIMA/ XAT/ MAT and a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA of 6.5/10 in UG and PG for admission under OC/ OC-EWS/ OBC-NCL category or a minimum of 55% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA of 6.0/10 in UG and PG for admission under SC/ ST/ PwD category.
