About the Organization

Jaypee Business School (JBS) is the latest symbol of the vision of our Founder Chancellor Hon’ble Shri Jaiprakash Gaur ji. JBS was started in the year 2007 as a constituent of Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (Deemed University). It has made good progress in a short span and has shown a very high level of academic accomplishment. JBS has benchmarked itself with the latest content and teaching methodologies across the country.

The mission of JBS is “to prepare and produce competent, passionate and market centric professionals who can manage human resources, business operations and ensure world class practices with endurance and commitment”.

JBS grooms its students remembering its mission into leaders who are adaptable, flexible and sensitive to the cross-cultural business context. Students are also made aware of their social responsibility through a unique social internship program.

JBS is one of the few Indian B-School, which can boast of its state-of-the-art resources. All academic activities at JBS are faculty driven. JBS faculty are all respected professionals who have been recognised for their achievements in their respective fields. The faculty decides on the curriculum content, delivery, duration and management of each program.

About the Conference

From unforeseen geopolitical events, pandemics, extreme weather events, the list of unknowns facing today’s businesses is overwhelming. In 2020, the largest health and economic crisis in recent history, the corona virus pandemic, forced companies across sectors to take extraordinary measures to protect the staff and maintain operations. The companies that had already scaled digital technologies had an edge. The pandemic forced every company, small, medium or large, to move work from their offices to their employees’ homes. The following fundamental changes are irreversibly altering the way companies are operating:

• Remote work will become the rule not the exception.
• Agile team will operate in many geographical areas.
• Digital Business Models powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation will become the only viable models in many sectors.
• New leadership skills will be required to run virtual global companies.
• Firms will be required to diversify their dependency from one region to having a global presence.

This conference aims at providing a platform to academicians, industry practitioners and researchers from India and across the world to share their views, research and experiences on the "next normal" business practices which will require people globally to refresh their skills. The conference provides an interdisciplinary platform for academicians, researchers, research scholars and practitioners to present and discuss the recent innovations, trends as well as the challenges faced by business organizations as they respond to continuous change in technology and economic system.

Guidelines for Submission of Papers

Abstract Submission: The abstract for the paper are to be submitted for consideration. The abstract should be of 250-300 words clearly mentioning the objective, methodology and findings of the study.

Full paper submission:Full paper is to be submitted between 4000-6500 words (excluding references). Paper should cover the following: Purpose of the study (including Research Gaps, Research Problem, and Objective of the Study), Research Methodology, Major findings, Theoretical and Managerial Implications, and Key references. The author(s) should also mention the track of the conference under which paper is to be included. Papers will be subjected to a blind peer review process. Reviewers will judge manuscripts on the basis of the general quality, the clarity of presentation within the paper, and the contribution to the understanding of the selected topic.

Formatting of the Paper should adhere to the following:

• Margins: 2.5 cm.
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 point
• Spacing: 1.5
• Cover page: Title, Author(s), Track, Affiliation(s), Contact details
• Key words: 4-6
• The entire paper submission (title page, abstract, main text, figures, graphs, tables, references, etc.) must be in ONE document.
• Figures, graphs, tables, appendices, and references should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) Style Guide.
• All papers will be subjected to Plagiarism Test before consideration.
