About the Organization:

Indian Institute of Plantation Management (IIPM) Bangalore, an autonomous organization of the Ministry of the Commerce and Industry, Government of India, established in 1993, to facilitate management education, training and research & consultancy for plantations and associated agri-business sector. IIPM is serving as a premier National Institute focusing in the field of commodity plantation & associated agri-business management education.

About the Conference

Businesses around the world are facing challenges of deglobalization, COVID, economic recession, supply chain resilience, inequality, and climate change etc. Considering complexities and opportunities there is a need for turnaround business strategies in functional dimensions of businesses such as analytics, production & operations, human resources management, marketing, finance & accounting, international business and trade relations etc.

Academicians, practitioners and research scholars have an opportunity to identify and develop strategies for combating these business issues. In this regard, IIPMB is organizing an international conference to address these challenges. Conference outcome shall sensitize and share knowledge that would help the individuals, organizations and society to address these pressing challenges.

This virtual conference will dive into current research in the field of different managerial dimensions in identifying trends and opportunities. Participants shall also have a chance to listen to virtual presentations as well as learn the research publication workshop from top-tier journal editors. This is a unique opportunity to learn from your peers and discover new perspectives on emerging topics.

Guidelines to Paper Presenters

• Research papers are invited from faculty, practitioners and research Scholars in the domain of business and management.
• Research Paper in the form of extended abstract should not exceed 1500 words excluding references
• Each participant shall be provided around 10-15 minutes to present their paper in the Conference through online
• All registered participants attending complete conference proceedings shall be awarded e-certificates
• Participants can send their papers and payment of registration fee confirmation to iipmbconference@gmail.com
• ZOOM link will be shared to your respective mail ids after confirmation of registration.

Registration Fee

• All participants are requested to register with a fee of Rs.500/- (US $ 10) before attending the conference. Payments are accepted through e-transfer.

Important Dates

• Research Paper Submission: 5th to 29th June 2020
• Acceptance of Communication: 1st July 2020
• Last date for registration with fee: 3rd July 2020
