About the Organization

School Of Tellus is a purpose-driven, nonprofit organization dedicated to founding an elite university of the whole earth that pursues the unconventional pursuit of excellence in offering a well-rounded and inclusive undergraduate education – exploring the boundaries of knowledge through decentralized research and its dissemination through teaching.

Ushering a new era of higher education designed for learners to explore their evolving purpose and realize meaningful existence while transferring knowledge to the world population to tackle authentic challenges.

About the Fellowship

Innovation is fundamental to creating economic growth for nations – something that correlates with almost everything that we care about -from lifting people out of extreme poverty, and living sustainably on earth to improving life expectancy and overall life satisfaction — it’s something that should matter deeply to us if we care about moving humanity forward.

Small groups of people with a stretching vision, good ambitions, and shared purpose have and will always generate great ideas to solve problems across different sectors or industries in ways that big corporations or governments could not have ever imagined.

That’s why we are launching this three months program - designed in partnership with the Dunin-Deshpande Queen's Innovation Centre(DDQIC) at Queen's University to equip high school and college students with a robust toolkit to transform ideas, technologies, or passions into viable ventures and enable them to explore their evolving purpose and realize impactful existence (Ikgai) while socializing in the global workforce with the right mindsets and transferable skills essential for the future of work.

Unique to this program is a series of boot camps to be held in different locations where our global ambassadors are located - these will either be online or in person depending on the Covid 19 regulations in a specific location. The personal encounter provides room for creating long-lasting relationships between the fellows and it is a chance to learn by doing.

Students will develop a systemic tool kit and social networks that are essential for venture creation – gaining a disciplined mindset to embrace new opportunities in innovative ways and taking on bold challenges.

This is the right program for you, whether you are:

  • Just started thinking about entrepreneurship and am generally curious about learning the process of building a new venture.
  • Ready-to-go entrepreneur that has founded or co-founded a startup venture
  • Want to start a venture
  • Corporate or policy maker aspiring to lead projects within established enterprises.

In their learning journey, fellows will undergo three stages that are; explore, ignite, and launch. Progressing from one stage to the other entirely depends on how committed the participants will be to completing assignments, watching the lectures, and reaching out to mentors for help.

Participants will be required to demonstrate commitment to the entrepreneurial process by completing the training and progressing on their ideas' respective milestones. At each stage, new opportunities and resources are unlocked to help fellows learn by doing.

What to Expect from the program

  • Best-in-class Training
  • Mentorship sessions
  • Individualized feedback
  • Global community of peers
  • Seed funding
