About the Organization

The next generation is entitled to a world that is honestly better than ours, and it is our responsibility to make that possible. Impact Toolbox is an education Social Enterprise that is based in Canada and Nigeria. We promote interest in International development and cultural exchange among youths attending Universities in North America; we also devote our resources to empowering young people in developing countries, especially Africa.

We operate a social change idea incubation program that provides comprehensive training, collaboration opportunities, and prototyping funds to young social change leaders in developing countries, especially sub-Saharan Africa. The program helps to transform their social change ideas into viable social ventures. We connect impact investors and funders to viable social ventures with high growth potentials. We virtually connect young leaders from sub-Saharan Africa and North America. They share similar aspirations for global social change in a way that their unique expertise and experiences only serve as a foundation to build strong relationships that go on to achieve these desired changes together.

We provide cultural exchanges, international exposure, idea incubation and workforce preparation training for careers in international development to college and university students in the United States. We offer networking opportunities and coaching on venture creation and workforce preparation to young and new African immigrants in Canada to foster easy settlement and integration into the new society.
