The Ketto Fellowship Program:

The Ketto Fellowship is our way to bridge the gap between healthcare accessibility and affordability to heal, with the Youth under our wing. They are looking for people who yearn to re-carve a better India with benevolence and hardwork. 180 days of learning and impacting lives is what the Ketto Fellowship drives!

They are working to make good things happen in the smallest of cities and the remotest of locations across the country. They cannot achieve this feat by ourselves! They look forward to taking the youth under our wing through the fellowship. Ketto fellowship is an immersive experience for the youth to serve society and understand the practical aspects of India’s many realities. The youth, the torchbearers of tomorrow, speak strongly of change, and this fellowship is their moment to re-carve India and touch lives!

Responsibilities of a Fellow:

• Visit hospitals, meet Doctors/Medical Social Workers
• Educate them about crowdfunding and Ketto’s role in raising funds
• Maintain relations with existing partners and get new partners on board.
• Interact with patients, understand their financial needs
• Introduce crowdfunding as a solution.
• Assist the videographer in photoshoots, interviews with the patients &/or their family.
• Work closely with the campaign managers to help set up the campaign.

What they are looking for in a Fellow:

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy to understand the needs of the clients/patients.
• Proficiency in MS Suite (Powerpoint, Google Sheets, Etc.)
• Highly motivated self-starter with an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Ability to make strategic decisions based on available data.
• Provide valuable insights for decision making.
• Open to work flexible hours on occasion to handle requests from clients.
• Knowing the local regional language in addition to Hindi and English is a must.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a huge plus but not mandatory.

Duration: 6 months.

Stipend: Rs 12,000 per month.
