Applications invited for Punjab Youth Leaders Program

Punjab Youth Leaders Program (PYLP) is a two-year full-time leadership development program. During these two years, the young leaders work towards improving the learning and governance in government primary schools in Punjab. In the process, they grow by building their own leadership values and competencies. The aim of the program is to create a strong community of future leaders who are committed to transforming Punjab into a land of Hope, Courage, and Possibilities.

In the past two years, our 20 Young Leaders from Cohort I and II have been operating in Fatehgarh Sahib and Patiala, reaching out to 1400 schools and 97,000 children.

In our efforts towards ensuring quality education for each child in Punjab, we are now looking for our next cohort of 25 dynamic change-makers. Applications for PYLP Cohort III 2021-23 are now open.

• Embarking on your leadership journey
• Understanding the public education system 

Eligibility criteria 

• Upto 35 years of age
• A graduate in any discipline
• 2 years of work experience 
• Understanding of education sector 
• Commitment towards public service
