About the Competition

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea holds the 4th International Conference on Action with Women and Peace and announces a video competition for Global Youth participants to create a video (within 5 minutes) focusing on the following theme:

• Youth’s role as a facilitator of “Women and Peace”
• The voice of the next generation on the pursuit of gender-inclusive and sustainable peace.

Awards -

Grand Award

1 person(team): Minister of Foreign Affairs Award and Prize money of 3 million KRW

Award of Outstanding Excellence

1 person(team): Minister of Foreign Affairs Award and Prize money of 2 million KRW

Award of Excellence

1 person(team): Minister of Foreign Affairs Award and Prize money of 1.5 million KRW

Eligibility

• Youth ages of 19-34 from all countries are eligible to participate
• Open to both individuals and team
• Each participant (or team) can submit one piece of work

How to Apply

All type of video contents including documentary, music video, movie, promotional video, campaign and animation are welcome (Within 5 minutes).

• Submit your file in a video format (e.g. avi, mp4).
• Add the video that introduces participant (or team)'s motivation and production intentions to the introduction of the work
• The maximum file size is 600MB
• Language : English (or English subtitle)
