About the Organization

HDFC Capital Advisors Limited is a specialized Real Estate Private Equity Investment Manager which seeks to deliver competitive returns to its investors. We are amongst the world's leading fund managers focused on investing in affordable and mid income housing sectors.

We are the investment manager to HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund 1 (HCARE-1), HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund 2 (HCARE-2) and HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund 3 (HCARE-3) all SEBI registered Category II Alternative Investment Funds.

Our goal is to finance the development of 1 million affordable homes in India through a combination of flexible financing, strong partnerships and technology innovations, thus creating long-lasting social and economic impact.

About the Event

The HDFC Real Estate Tech Innovators 2022 is a thought leadership initiative by HDFC Capital in partnership with Startup India, a challenge to recognize and award innovations in the Construction Tech, SalesTech, Real Estate FinTech, and Sustainability Tech verticals that shall drive innovation and efficiencies within the affordable housing ecosystem.

As part of the incentives being offered to the most innovative companies / solutions, HDFC Capital has committed to invest in a minimum of 3 companies who apply to be a part of the HDFC Real Estate Tech Innovators 2022.

Eligibility

• The founder of the Participant must be 18 years or above as on August 31, 2022.
• The Participant should have not had any actual or threatened litigation/ proceedings/ investigation/ inquiry/ other regulatory action/ notice/ penalty against any promoter or cofounders or the entity itself at any given time.
• The Innovation entered must be the original work of the Participant and a true innovation and/or a significant improvement on an existing technology, product, service, and production method or business model.
• Employees/ affiliates of HDFC Capital, sponsors and partners of the Awards are not allowed to participate in the Awards.
• Participation in the Awards is subject to the rules and regulations available on https://techinnovators.hdfccapital.com/.
• The Jury and / or Awards management may modify the eligibility criteria from time to time with retrospective effect, in its sole discretion.
• The Jury holds the right to disqualify any application which does not meet the eligibility criteria without assigning any reason whatsoever
