About the Organization:

District Rural Development Agency has traditionally been the principal organ at the district level to oversee the implementation of anti-poverty programmes of the Ministry of Rural Development. This agency was created originally to implement the Integrated Rural Development Programme (IRDP). Subsequently the DRDAs were entrusted with number of programmes of both state and central governments. From April 1999 a separate DRDA Administration has been introduced to take care of the administrative costs. This aims at strengthening the DRDAs and makes them more professional in managing the anti-poverty programmes and be an effective link between the ministry and the district level.

Scope of work

Office of District Magistrate Cum Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi (Jharkhand) desires to get 150 Anganwadi centres upgraded into Model Anganwadi Centres in order to ensure the better delivery of ICDS Scheme, combating hunger and malnutrition. it is expected that it will be improving functioning of anganwadi centres by strengthening delivery of services like proper nutritional food to both the child and lactating/pregnant mothers and providing supplementary nutrition, non-formal pre-schooling, immunization, health checkups, etc

The brief scope of work involves:

• The successful bidder's responsibilities include supply, installation, procurement and requistic training and other allied accessories site preparation, services for upgradation of anganwadi centres into model anganwadi centres
• The bider has to supply, install and maintain accessories mentioned in the respective EOI document in each of locations
• The bidder will be responsible for training of minimum upto 2 anganwadi sevika/sahayika per anganwadi centres for 2-5 days

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be registered company in India and should be in existence atleast for last 3 years or more
• Should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs.2 Cr during FY 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20
• Should not have defaulted / black listed by any govt. dept/PSU of india and there should not be any pending litigation against bidder with central/state govt. department
• Should have valid ISO certificate
• Should have valid documentary proof of GST registration in Jharkhand and PAN registered number
• compliance statement
• Must have been registered with EPFO
• Must have been registered with NSIC/ESIC
• Must have been registered with MSME
• Must have received single work order for amount more than or equal to 1 crore in last 3 years
• Must be a profitable venture and shall have been running in profit for 3 years

The bidder should submit documentary proof in support of each of the above conditions. The incomplete offers will be summarily being rejected without any further correspondence

Bidders who will qualify on basis of above criteria may be called for technical presentation in order to evaluate the technical understanding and capability of the bidders. Tendering authority have all the rights to reject or select the bidders for further evaluation on basis or technical presentation and demonstration of capabilities given by bidder

EMD & Processing Fee etc: 4,50,000 INR (Note: Companies under MSME Jharkhand exempted for EMD)
