CSRBOX is inviting NGOs/Skilling Agencies for potential partnerships for facilitating employment and livelihoods opportunities for migrant communities & blue-collar workforces.

 

Project Background: 

Project Aalamban works towards connecting the blue-collar workforce with recruiters or companies in India through a unified digital platform named Aalamban. It caters to the needs of the work-seekers as well as the opportunity providers in the blue-collar jobs market. The platform addresses the challenges of the post-pandemic scenario where we have high reverse migration, apprehension and uncertainty for job seekers, and endless struggle faced by the industries to secure workforce to restart the production or service delivery.

The platform uses an AI-enabled 24*7 IVR system to register, map and match the candidates with suitable work opportunities in preferred geographic regions, industries, skill-sets, and engagement modes. We have already mapped job-demand across few top conglomerates in India with 16000+ opportunities!
