About GSIF

Genpact Social Impact Fellowship (GSIF) is a CSR initiative launched in 2016 by Genpact. It is a unique social transformation program in partnership with Kaivalya Education Foundation, which is designed to deliver strategic and long-term meaningful programs in the social sector by offering process excellence support to non-profits in India and empowering them to achieve organizational goals.

GSIF has been working to address challenges across 5 sectors including Education, Skill development, Women empowerment, Livelihood and Health.

Vision: Solve India’s social problems at scale by leveraging Genpact’s core expertise of process reengineering using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and design thinking (DT)

Mission: Enable digitization at scale for Non-Profit organizations, so that they effectively engage and transform processes.

GSIF has been working to address challenges across 5 sectors including Education, Skill development, Women empowerment, Livelihood and Health.

GSIF is calling for applications from Nonprofit Organizations for its sixth edition, to partner and get empowered on LSS and DT techniques to bring in systemic changes in the organization and deliver better impact for your organization. There is no financial liability to non-profits in getting trained and getting associated.

Why should non-profits partner with GSIF?
