About the Proposal

CIMMYT India invites proposals from reputed training firms/ service providers for training on pesticides handling and agricultural machine guarding safety. The ToR for the same is as below:

• Impart training on the subject, adopting holistic approach, to employees.
• Incorporate the compliance related points, under appropriate framework, as per the nature/ structure of the organization.
• Doing the need analysis based upon the requirement and status of the organization and its employees.
• Prepare presentation, other IEC material for training/ capacity building purposes using latest techniques, impactful visuals.
• Post training survey of the workshop to analyse its effectiveness.
• Prepare a summary report of the session including the list of participants, gist of training topic etc.

Desired profile of the firm:

• Must have proven experience in delivering such trainings.
• Must have capable trainers having expertise on the subject.
• Should be capable of setting training sessions in-person nationwide.

• Jabalpur, MP: 6
• Odisha: 5
• Patna, Bihar: 15
• Pusa, Bihar: 20
