RFP - Selection of Agency for Development of an Existing Web and Mobile based Dashboarding Tool

About the Organization:

William J. Clinton Foundation was established in India to promote high quality medical care and treatment for people living with HIV/AIDS, and effective care and treatment of children suffering from malnutrition, diarrhoea, pneumonia, and malaria. WJCF’s solution-oriented approach focuses on improving market dynamics for medicines and diagnostics; lowering prices for treatment; accelerating access to lifesaving technologies; and helping governments build the capacity required for high-quality care and treatment programs.

Scope of Work:

The selected agency is responsible to develop a comprehensive Web and Mobile Based versions of tool as an adaption of the existing CPTT tool. The scope of services includes:

• Analysis of Information and Service Requirement
• System design and Development
• Data confidentiality and protection
• Hosting and infra setup
• Data Migration
• Final Approval
• Quality testing
• Security Testing
• Training and Implementation
• Support, Maintenance, Debugging and Up-gradation
• Non-Functional Requirements
• Annual Maintenance Contract

Eligibility Criteria for Team Members:

The project team should comprise system development engineers with first-hand experience in online web-based information system development. The team members should have following expertise:

• Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in designing and developing web-based database applications and software;
• Proven expertise in Data Management and Analysis
• Proven expertise in developing mobile applications for field-based staff

Curriculum Vitae of team members highlighting responsibilities, designation, year of experience, number of projects worked, expertise & skill set, educational qualification should be submitted with proposal.
