About the Organization:
Foundation for Reproductive Health Services India is a leading Indian Non-Governmental Organization working since 2009 to enable women and girls to exercise their reproductive rights and choice. In 2015, we emerged as India’s No. 1 provider of clinical family planning services in the NGO and the private sector.
FRHS India is an affiliate of MSI Reproductive Choices, a global organization that provides contraception and safe abortion services through multiple channels – own clinics, clinical outreach teams and providing public sector support to Government family planning services. Through public-private partnerships with the state governments of Rajasthan, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, we work towards improvement in accessibility and availability of quality family planning services in the states.
About Pratigya Campaign:
Pratigya is a network of individuals and organizations working towards protecting and advancing women’s rights and their access to safe abortion care in India. The campaign advocates with governments, organizations and media at the national and state levels on issues of women’s empowerment and women’s access to healthcare services.
The campaign is managed by the secretariat with guidance from the Campaign Advisory Group. Foundation for Reproductive Health Services India (FRHS India) is currently hosting the campaign secretariat and has been actively involved in advocating with governments and other stakeholders on safeguarding women’s right to safe abortion. The Campaign Advisory group (CAG) comprises of passionate individuals who are committed to the campaign goals and objectives. The CAG meets every quarter to review progress and prioritize campaign issues.
Purpose:
The Foundation for Reproductive Health Services India needs a creative agency to support its digital work. They will be taking care of all the creatives, videos and GIFs for FRHS India and Pratigya campaign’s social media channels. They shall also support the organization in all designing/creative work for collaterals, when needed, social media and the websites for FRHS India and Pratigya. Content framework, brand guidelines, images will be provided by the organization, but the final content, getting a hang of the language and understanding the tone will be absolute necessary. The creative agency should have the bandwidth to understand the key messages of the campaign and translate it into social medie collaterals, social media banners and monthly emailers. Through attractive designs and infographics.
The agency should also be able to support the digital work of the campaign, by maintaining its website, timely uploading and updating documents, manage the backend design. The agency will create a social media strategy, a website strategy, identift campign days, target audience, #s etc for a robust digital campaign and thereby increase followers and likes for all the social media channels.
The agency will have to work closely with the identified FRHS India staff and work on close deadlines.
Scope of Work:
- Design and Production of collaterals and products
- Agency will be responsible for end to end execution, and language should be in line with Pratigya and FRHS India’s values, mission and objectives. There should be a dedicated team for the account, and all deliverables should be delivered on time, adhering all branding and language protocols.
- Deliver creative graphic and technical solutions for use of new media
- Ensure all material produced are in line with the campaign’s branding and guidelines
- Design creative infographics for print and digital media
- Detailed specifications for each individual product will be given.
Website Maintenance:
- Regular maintenance of the website of Pratigya by ensuring that all pages are functioning properly without errors
- Uploading documents, images, videos, stories etc on the websites as and when required
- Update numbers, manage all kinds of upload, bring new features in the website for making it engaging, without altering the website.
- Update the website quarterly with information shared by the secretariat
- Basic SEO and SMO of the website
- Share SEO monthly reports on the websites’ increase footfall, engagement etc. Create a baseline and project an increase.
- Google Maps integration on the Pratigya’s Crowdsourced database.
Social Media:
- Agency should show proactiveness, should be enthusiastic to deliver the products in line with the organisation’s values and mission.
- Should be knowledgeable about new work in social media and should keep us apprised of trends and show enthusiasm to innovate. Innovate for new avenues for social medial activity.
- Execute social media plans for FRHSI and Pratigya on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Manager all Pratigya and FRHS India’s social media propertis-2 FB pages, 1 twitter and 1 linkedin.
- Follow brand language, voice and identity. Products will be in English and Hindi
- Generate creatives for daily posting at the three channels.
- Manages daily posts and creative- 20 per month (atleadt 5-6 GIFs, and 1 video). Agency will be responsible for end to end product. Follow social media calendar for posting content daily
- Execute atleast 4 FB Lives and Tweetathons in a year- agency will be responsible for end to end product.
- Change of social media banners-every quarter
- Increase of followers and likes in the social medial pages.
- Emailers: Work on monthly emailers for Pratigya and as and when required for FRHS India.
- Monthly reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- The agency should possess relevant work experience. Experience working with NGOs/Social sector preferred
- Should have at least 3-5 years of experience in working in similar profiles/assignments
- Should be able to work in cross-functional teams
- Should have experienced people in the team who have knowledge on gender justice, sexual and reproductive rights, girls rights
Engagement Period: 1st Mar 2021 to 28th Feb 2022.
Proposal Submission:
Interested agencies are required to submit a letter of intent covering the following:
- A brief understanding of the assignment
- Capability statement detailing – previous experience, brief CVs of team members, team that will work on this assignment and samples of work/portfolio (digital)
- Indicative Commercials for the assignment
- Retainership fees and clearly defined monthly breakup of commercials
