About the Organization:

Rajasthan is the first State in India to establish a Mission on Livelihoods. In order to address the challenges of unemployment and ensuring gainful and sustainable employment to the youth of the state, Hon’ble Chief Minister created Rajasthan Mission on Livelihood (RMoL) in September 2004.  RSLDC was incorporated as Section 25 Company, a Not for Profit company, on 17th August, 2010 with the Chief Secretary as the Chairman of the Company. As part of its major action, it established skill Training mechanism by involving training partner agencies to execute the training program across the State.

Description:

RSLDC has been the state skill development mission and nodal agency for implementation of skill training mandate of the govt. of rajasthan.

The objectives of consultancy services, which will be carried out are:

• to provide certain defined services to RSLDC for carrying out program implementation, technical/managerial and TSA assistance for implementation of skill development initiatives in Rajasthan funded by GoR/GoI or other external/internal agency

Criteria:

• The bidder must be incorporated & registered in India, under India companies act or limited liability  partnership act and should be in operations in India for minimum period of 3 years
• the bidder shall not be blacklisted/debarred by any central/state govt. or under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices
• the aggregate of net profit of bidder during last 3 financial years and the net worth of company during these financial years should be positive as revealed by audited balance sheet
• the bidder should be engaged in program/ project management of state/ central govt./ skill development programs in 5 years
