Sub: - Agency for Verification of Data 

India HIV/AIDS Alliance (Alliance India) & Solidarity and Action Against The HIV Infection in India (SAATHII) are requesting joint proposal for services of a qualified research agency/consultant and/or consultants to conduct the “The Verification of Data as per the Standard Operating Procedures” The Research agencies/consultant/team of consultants are requested to submit a detailed proposal as per the guideline under the head “Request for Proposal”.

About SAATHII: 

Solidarity and Action against the HIV Infection in India (SAATHII), a registered non-profit organization, was founded with a vision to stabilize and reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS in India and ensure that people living with HIV/AIDS receive un-stigmatized, affordable and quality care, support and treatment. Headquartered in Chennai, with 13 offices across the country. SAATHII also works towards universal access to health and social justice across the country. 

The last date of receipt of Proposal 18.04.2021 

Interested parties can send their quotations with complete details in response to Sr. 1 – 10 of technical criteria listed above along with documentation. 

Apart from the same, following information is required to be provided:

• Type of Company – Partnership/Sole Proprietorship or Company. Do provide relevant document in confirmation of the same 
• Registration numbers with various entities as per the statutory requirement 
• PAN number along with copy

• Technical and Financial proposals has to be submitted strictly over email in two pdf files. 
• Financial proposal should be password protected and password need to be send to another email id apaul@allianceindia.org . 
• Those who have submitted the bid has to resubmit the proposal again, due to non-compliance proposals received.
