RFP for Engagement of Multiple Agencies For Supply Of Computer Hardware (Laptops / Desktops)

CARE India Solutions for Sustainable Development (CISSD) a company registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (now section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013) having its corporate office at A-12, ‘Module No. 411 | 4th Floor | NSIC-MDBP Building | Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III New Delhi – 110020”.

CISSD is a not-for-profit organization, working for the empowerment of marginalized women and girls and focusing on alleviating poverty and social injustice through well planned and comprehensive projects in health, education, livelihoods and disaster preparedness and response. CISSD would like to Engage multiple Agency through Annual Master Agreement.

We kindly request you to submit technical proposal and Financial Proposal (Two bid/Separately) via email. Financial Proposal should be password protected and financial proposal password will be asked at later stage. Annual Master Agreement would be initially for 1 year however duration can be changed and extended further as per requirement and mutual consent. Annual Master Agreement does not mean that we will purchase any specific/minimum number of services. Purchase will be done only based on requirement.

Instructions for filling the RFP response format:

1. Our IT spend towards hardware( Laptops & Desktops ) is around 2 crores Indian Rupees in the CY2022 and we forecast in the same range next year.
2. Our PDF Technical sheet is attached for your reference.
3. Please provide your responses in the yellow columns only in the attached RFP format.
4. You may add extra rows, if need be, where required.
5. Please fill all the tabs in the response format. Please don’t leave any yellow cell empty. If you cannot provide information for any cell, please fill it with “NA” , “Not required” or any other comments as appropriate.
6. Please propose only one model per variant as much as possible. So please fill only “Proposed Model – A” column. Do NOT use column “Proposed Model – B” or “Proposed Model -C”. Only in cases where multiple models would be fit the required specifications, you may use “Proposed Model -B or Proposed Model -C”
7. Please attach detailed specifications for each proposed model for Back-to-Back Orders, Ready Stock Orders, and Rental Orders.
8. Please attach Terms and Conditions for Service Support, Warranty, and Accidental Protection Plan
