RFP for proposal for Skills & Placement agency under DDUGKY/ROSHNI

About the Organization:

Government of Jharkhand has created an institutional architecture through Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society for fight against poverty; Enabling and empowering for the poor to access better livelihoods and improve their standards of living would be one of the key objectives of State rural livelihood mission in Jharkhand. JSLPS aims to improve rural livelihood options and work towards social and economic empowerment of rural poor’s and women.

About the Proposal:

JSLPS invites proposal from the registered Project Implementing Agency (PIA) with PRN No. to submit their proposals for implementation of DDUGKY/ROSHNI project in Jharkhand State. Interested agencies may submit their proposal online at http://www.erp.ddugky.info along with application fee of Rs.25000/- drawn in favour of NIRDPR-DDUGKY (62431332037, NIRDPR Branch, Rajender Nagar – Hyderabad, IFSC Code-SBIN0020965)

The proposals should be submitted on or before 10^th March 2020, 6:00 pm, application received after aforesaid time shall not be considered. Incomplete proposal in any respect shall be summarily rejected and agency will have to resubmit application as per norms. Subsequent to the online submission soft copy may be emailed to ajeevikasaskills.jharkhand@gmail.com. Applications are invited only for PIAs who are fulfilling any one of the following criteria:

• Captive employers who are ready to provide 100% placements target under captive employment in group companies or its subsidiary. Preference will be given to agencies that shall place candidates with salary of Rs.10000/- per month or more. Further preference will be given to agencies that will train in Machine/Manufacturing related trades and ensure placement within the state.
• Applications under Apparel sector would not be accepted for other than from captive employers
• PIAs working under DDUGKY/ROSHNI project in any other state and have successfully received 2^nd installment and fulfill the eligibility criteria enumerated in Ministry of Rural development, GoI Notification No. 17/2017  
• Govt. empanelled agencies as per Ministry of Rural development, GoI Notification No. 65/2017
• Project for PWD candidates agencies per Ministry of Rural development, GoI Notification No-65/2017
• Project for PWD candidates, PIAs who have experience in providing training and placement for PWD candidates in last 5 years
