Call for Proposals from Agency for undertaking Baseline of the Project “Addressing determinants of non – communicable disease and environment protection to improve status of RMNCH + A and nutrition in Behror bloack of Rajasthan and Nalagarh block of Himachal Pradesh.”

Baseline of the project on the above topic of study.

The softcopy of the proposal should reach us (jobs@mamtahimc.in) on or before 03rd July 2022, quoting “Proposals for conducting Baseline of the project on determinants of non – communicable disease and environment protection to improve status of RMNCH + A and nutrition” as per details given in the RFP enclosed.

Objectives

• Enhance knowledge of the community on the key determinants of non – communicable diseases and environmental protection that impact reproductive, maternal and child health – Nutrition, balance diet, food habits, physical activities, hygiene & sanitation and community action in reducing pollutions (Air and Water). 
• Enhance understanding & skills of Volunteers, key stakeholders of the community for influencing behavior change mechanism of the community on project related issue.  
• Orient and engage government and non-government facilities to support intervention communities with inclusive service delivery.
• Create supportive environment in favor of addressing issues related to project pertain to health – RMNCH, NCDs and environmental protection at family, social and facility level. 

Deliverables

• Inception report to be shared within 10 days of the contract with MAMTA.
• The field data to be submitted in excel files along with all output tables, initially dummy tables will be shared with MAMTA Team.
• Recordings and transcripts of the interviews will have to be shared by the agency.
• Draft report to be shared covering all indicators and sector wise analysis. Report to be finalized after incorporating changes suggested by MAMTA Team.
• The final study report to be submitted in hard copy (A4 Size preferably with bond paper and colored prints) and soft copy in CDs/pen drives.
• Before finalization of the report, agency should make a final presentation to MAMTA team explaining the findings of the study and incorporate suggestions provided.
• The study and data collected including photographs will be the property of MAMTA HIMC. and the agency shall not use it in any form without the written permission from a competent authority in MAMTA HIMC.
• The agency will submit the complete raw and clean data files along with the final study report.

How to Apply

• A cover letter/statement of interest indicating the agency’s interest in the project and highlighting its qualities to perform this project
• A summary of firm’s experience in requested service areas, highlighting the agency’s experience of working with CSR entities
• Nominate 1 Nodal person from the agency who will be responsible for the task
• Statement of qualifications, including related experience with similar types of projects and specific qualifications or resumes of key team members
• The technical proposal should highlight background, methodology (data collection, quality checks, data cleaning and analyses), operational plan, timeline, team composition and budget. The financial proposal in Indian Rupees with Budget Narrative (The budget narrative should provide a justification on the basis of each proposed cost in the budget and how it is calculated)
• All proposals must be in written, in the English language, signed and dated by an authorized employee of the bidder
• Have the availability of data collectors
• 3 References with email IDs and contact numbers for similar assignments conducted
• Two sample reports of similar studies conducted in the past for internal review
