About the Organization:

Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company (GLPC) is the executive arm of Mission Mangalam, the implementation agency for NRLM. GLPC works through strategic partnership between large industries and SakhiMandals / Self Help Groups / Producer Groups / Service Groups / Collectives of the poor, through decentralized Micro Enterprise Ventures. The promoting companies / entrepreneurs redesign the process where intensive tasks as job-works are undertaken by Self Help Groups in their respective homes or villages as self-employment activities.

About the RFP:

GLPCL is implementing DDU-GKY in the Gujarat State. As per Notification No. 69/2015 dated 17.12.2015 as well as Notification No. 20/2017 as on dated 03.04.2017 and Notification No.17/2018 as on dated 10.07.2018 published by MoRD, GoI available on website www.ddugky.gov.in; proposals are invited from the registered Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) with Permanent Registration Number (PRN) for implementation of DDU-GKY project in the state of Gujarat.

Application:

The interested Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) may submit online application from 11-02-2020 to 04-03-2020 on the web portal http://erp.ddugky.info along with the non-refundable application fee of Rs.25,000/- through RTGS to the SRLM Account (A/c No.- 24640100024017, A/c Name- GLPC DDU GKY NEW PIA APPRAISAL, Bank of Baroda, Vidhan Sabha Branch, Gandhinagar, Gujarat IFSC Code: BARB0VIDHAN).

Application received before and/or after the scheduled date on web portal shall not be considered. Incomplete proposal and/or proposal without submission of application fee shall be summarily rejected. Subsequent to the online submission, physical copy of application along with the required documents in the secured envelope superscribed with ‘DDU-GKY Project Proposal’ should be submitted to the Managing Director, Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Limited, Govt. of Gujarat, 3rd Floor, Block No. 18, Udhyog Bhavan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, Pin -382011 & soft copy should be emailed to ddugkygujarat@gmail.com on or before 12-03-2020 during office hours through RPAD only. Please note that only uploaded documents on ERP portal will be considered for evaluation.

Pre-bid/Orientation meeting will be held on 19-02-2020 @12:30 hrs at GLPC Ltd. Head office, Gandhinagar. All applicants are invited to attend the pre-bid/orientation meeting at their own cost.
