Request for proposal invited from eligible agencies to implement CSR projects at Bhongir area of Telangana by AGI Greenpac Ltd. About the RFP

AGI Greenpac Ltd invites proposals from eligible agencies with experience in implementing CSR projects in the areas of waste management, plastic/glass recycling, sustainable livelihoods, and the development of school facilities. The Company through its CSR intervention intends to contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals while aligning to core areas of sustainability with CSR. 

CSR Project 

Livelihoods creation/ Income enhancement Project (Interested agencies may apply both the components or any single component of this project)

1.  Creating livelihoods through sustainable scrap management
2.  Promoting livelihoods through  women SHG (project subject to approval) 

Increasing farmer’s income through fruit tree plantation- Targeting 200+ farmers

Project Location

Bhongir, Telangana

 

Expectations from Implementing Agencies

 Response To Proposal

1. Clear understanding of project concept - One concept note/proposal against each project intervention
2. Project-wise detailed budget (indicating cost heads) under each intervention (Separate costing required for Sustainable scrap management and  Promoting livelihoods through women SHG respectively)
3.  Organization details and profile of people engaged
4.  Proof of similar works done in the past
5.  Letters of recommendation (from any client earlier served 

Desirable Attributes:

1. Understanding of local language and culture is important . Hence, agencies who have local team, familiarity with the similar geographical area and previously  implemented similar projects or capability of implementing similar projects in the mentioned location will be preferred. 

Eligibility criteria to apply:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR Implementation and experience in conducting similar works as mentioned in the scope of work 
2. Ability to engage community, government and society and media
3. Must have experience in appropriate infrastructure development and sustainability initiatives 
4. Must have CSR 1

Duration

Duration of the assignment: Sep’22 to March’23. May be further increased if required. 

 

Evaluation Process

Proposals will be shortlisted on the basis of price quoted, reputation of the agency, type of clients previously served, profile of team members and time required to complete the task. 

 

Selection Criteria

Shortlisted agencies will be called for a small presentation. The agency will be further evaluated on the past record of conceptualizing innovative solutions in the past. 

 

How to Apply

Agencies with CSR1 registered are encouraged to apply with a proposal indicating detailed cost, as per the scope of work mentioned. An agency can apply  all the two projects or can apply any single project, or any one component of project 1,  as per its capability. Separate costing will be required for all the interventions. 

 

 

In the subject line, kindly mention the name of project/projects it’s applying. For example,  “Proposal for CSR Implementation for …………….(name of the project) . ”
