About India HIV/AIDS Alliance

The India HIV/AIDS Alliance (Alliance India) is a diverse partnership that brings together committed organizations and communities to support sustained responses to HIV in India. Complementing the Indian National programme, Alliance India works through capacity building, knowledge sharing, technical support and advocacy. Through its vast network of partners, Alliance India supports the delivery of effective, innovative, community-based HIV programmes to key populations affected by the HIV epidemic. 

Purpose of the assignment: 

The purpose of the assignment is to conduct Market Survey and Mapping of private providers who are providing ART for PLHIV in 10 high case load states through interaction with important stakeholders, and community .

The Broad Activities of Market Survey and Mapping of local private providers are as follows:

• Selection of sites
• Finalisation of methodology/ Preparation of tools/ guidelines/ questionnaires
• Piloting of tools
• Consultation with NACO
• Conduct market survey and mapping of private providers 
• Data Analysis and reporting
• Dissemination of findings

The Outcome of the Mapping exercise will be 

Mapping of Private Providers in select states based on predefined indicators.

Submission of Proposals

Individuals/Agencies who are interested in carrying out the assignment are requested to submit their proposal for the same as per the details outlined above.  

The technical and financial bids should be submitted over email as two separate pdf documents named
“Technical Proposal” & “Financial Proposal” with the subject line as:

Please note that financial document should be in the form of a pdf password protected document and need to be sent as a separate document named as “Financial Proposal”.

Financials will be open for the shortlisted bidders who will qualify the technical evaluation round. Password for the Financials will be asked from the shortlisted bidders only.

Queries in respect of RFP are to be sent only to procurement3@allianceindia.org latest by 21st October 2021 by 5:00 PM. Alliance India shall endeavor to collate and respond to all meaningful queries. 

Responses to queries shall merely be compiled and send to all the applicants who have raised the queries through e-mail only.
