INTRODUCTION

The Nature Conservancy (TNC) is a leading conservation organization working to make a positive impact around the world in 76 countries and territories. Nature Conservancy India Solutions Private Limited (NCIS) is a private limited company and is a wholly owned Indian subsidiary of The Nature Conservancy. The company currently provides technical consultancy and other related services in the domain of conservation and environment. The company has the required registrations under the relevant Indian laws to provide such services in India.

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Contract(s) to be issued under this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for prospective experienced communications and media agency herein mentioned as agency to provide communications and PR support for TNC India and its projects/program with the help of experienced staff, necessary equipment, supplies. The communications and PR activities so performed by the agency would help enhance the visibility and marketability of TNC and its projects.

CONTRACT TYPE AND CONTRACT SERVICES

TNC will entertain under this, RFP Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) completion type contract(s)

TOTAL OR PARTIAL BIDS

We welcome bids from bidders for successful implementation of the activities as mentioned in Key Objectives, such as to provide communications and PR support for TNC India and its projects/program which would help enhance the visibility and marketability of TNC and its projects. TNC reserves the right to postpone or cancel the bidding process for one or more clusters with no prior notice.

Minimum Qualifications The bidder is expected to put together a technical team of communications professionals to deliver the assignment. Below are the desirable experience, skills, and competencies of the team:

1. Proven experience in planning, implementing, and managing a 360-degree approach to communications for the development sector.
2. Exceptional Content writers, editors, designers, and audio-visual experts with proven track record.
3. Ability to use secondary data to conduct a specific contextual analysis and identify gaps that need to be filled in order to develop the strategy and plan.
4. Familiarity with relevant stakeholders, institutions, government policies and structures and geographical context.
5. Proven experience in a similar project capacity, and in synthesis and preparation of strategic information for decision-makers.
6. Team members should be fluent in English and Hindi written and spoken.
7. To appoint an experienced point of contact (account manager/client servicing person) for TNC India.
8. Experience in areas of environmental conservation, climate change, sustainable agriculture, clean energy and/or social development would be as asset.

PRE-BID QUERIES AND CLARIFICATIONS ON RFP

To clarify technical queries (excluding cost and fee) on RFP, Bidders must submit questions via email to mehar.kakkar@tnc.org, and any query relating to cost, bid price, etc. must be submitted to jayalakshmi.nair@tnc.org by no later than 11:59pm IST, October 6th, 2022.

TNC will make every effort to answer questions by October 9 th, 2022, before the scheduled pre-proposal meeting on October 10th , 2022. Answers to all questions will be shared with all Bidders.

SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

Last date for submission of proposal is October 14th, 2022, by 11:59pm IST.

Technical and Financial Proposals are required in soft copy only.

The subject line of the email submission should state “Communications and Media Agency Project Bid from organization XX” and will be shared at:

Financial Bid must accompany with the following documents:

1. Copy of incorporation documents.
2. Copy of registration certificate under income tax and GST (If applicable).
3. Copy of last three years audited financial statements with audit report.
4. Copy of last three years income tax return.
5. Copy of last two GST returns.
6. Copy of address proof.
7. List of similar project executed with name of client, year of execution, and value.

Note: - You are requested to send all financial information in one go to avoid disqualification if any. Bids with incomplete financial information will be rejected summarily.

Submission of the proposal to any other individual will result in the disqualification of the proposal. Bidder can submit only one bid. Submitting multiple bids under different name will result in automatic disqualification.
