AIFT Statement of Business

Scope of Work/Specifications/Configuration
As the world enters into the fourth industrial revolution, a new set of skills, i.e. ‘Skills of the future’, including 21st century skills like problem solving, innovation, collaboration, leadership and practical skills, with a clear focus on employability, innovation and entrepreneurship have to be developed and mastered.
STEM Incubation corner in Government schools
Objective
- Setting up CoE in ‘STEM Incubation corner in Government schools’ in line with NEP 2020 and Industry 4.0 to enhance the skills of students and prepare them for employability, innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Capacity Building of teachers to update them with the advancements in education.
- Developing scientific temper, creating awareness in order to bridge the gap between science and society.
- Students will gain experiential knowledge in designing and printing 3D models as a part of Manufacturing technology
- Students will learn to design the 3D models in virtual lab using CAD software
Scope of work
- Set up Integrated ‘STEM Incubation corner in Government schools’ for skill building and experiential learning complete with teacher resources and training.
- Lab Blueprint, Setup, Collaterals, Operations Manual, Installation, Online Support, Physical Train the Trainer Program for 2 Days
- Online Teacher Training @ 1 Session per week in Electronics, Coding and Robotics for one calendar year, Trainer Certification
- Curriculum for 3 years + Complementary Courses (Industry 4.0 + Innovation Life Cycle and 3D printer
- 1 year Warranty on the material supplied
- Online support for 1 year
- Provide the necessary equipment and material for 3D printing
- Participation in National/International Competitions.
- Assessment, Analytics, Teacher/peer review & feedback built-in the platform.
Proposal Requirements – Technical
The technical proposal should cover at least below areas:
A. Applicant eligibility requirements:
The bidder organization should be registered as a legal entity for doing business in India. In addition, it should have all kinds of active licenses and permission for work related to Advance Lab setup and drone activity.
The applicant must have demonstrated ability provide expert services in the same area and it should have at least Two years of experience in proposed service area.
B. Technical Requirement:
The bidder should provide information on overall qualifications, including:
- Profile of organization/s
- Services offered by the organization.
- Clients handled and reference of clients.
- Presence in PAN India or in required location
- Should have previous experience working with NGO.
Bid must be submitted in English language only and should contain:
- Covering letter with reference of all enclosures or attachments
- Technical Proposal
- Financial Bid

Please send a statement acknowledging receipt of this solicitation and your intent to respond or not respond no later than due date given in Section-I. Send the confirmation to the contact listed above.
A. Request for clarifications:
Request for clarifications/questions on this solicitation will be accepted via email at the mail Id listed above by due date given in Section –I. Clarifications will be provided to all prospective bidders who would have expressed their interest. Please note that responses will not be confidential except in cases where proprietary information is involved. Any enquiries after the specified date would not be entertained.
B. Due date and time of Bid Submission:
All completed bids need to be submitted by email to procurement@aif.org latest by 11:59 PM, 28nd January 2023. The subject line of the email should read: “RFQ- STEM Incubation Center [firm name]”.
