Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to drive DigitalBCG marketing communications strategy in Asia Pacific, in collaboration with our Global DigitalBCG marketing team as well as regional and local BCG marketing teams. The Communication & Marketing Lead will work closely with the AP DigitalBCG marketing team and be responsible for developing and executing on an overall marketing strategy and communication plans. You will be at the forefront of shaping, recommending, designing, and implementing the marketing communications (internal & external), change management, and GTM strategy with a goal of driving awareness and uptake across DigitalBCG’s offering portfolio. This will require creativity, a focus on flawless execution, proactive problem solving, and coordination across a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in developing communication strategies, shaping the narrative for BCG’s key audiences (internal & external), orchestrate content amplification on various marketing channels and managing high-value sponsorship programs, preferably in a consulting or other relevant B2B marketing role. The role will require a self-starter eager to contribute, and willing to engage with a complex global team in a fast-paced environment, with a keen operational focus and strong delivery capabilities. A strong interest in technology, digital, and analytics topics is required.
- AP DigitalBCG marketing Build out and drive the overarching communications strategy, tools and channel development
- Develop and execute against a communication plan and calendar that advances the goals of DigitalBCG to ensure that there is sufficient awareness, uptake, and appreciation of new and existing DigitalBCG offerings internally and externally
- Develop communication strategy, positioning, marketing campaigns, and ongoing operational communications to support senior business leaders and regional sponsors
- Drive communications and change management around DigitalBCG offerings
- Leverage analytics and the power of data/measurement to determine the impact of marketing, communication, and change interventions and use the data to drive future decision making
- Lead efforts to ensure strong and consistent messaging across the DigitalBCG specialty businesses to tell a cohesive narrative
- Coordinate with a wide array of stakeholders, including global, regional and local marketing teams, commercial support team, practice area teams, as well as business stakeholders

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ marketing and communications experience working in a fast-paced environment; consulting/ professional services experience a plus and 5-7 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strategic thinker with a strong experience leading the key tenets of marketing strategy, building brand awareness, communications campaigns, and the digital marketing ecosystem with a proven track record of success
- Experience with consumer insights, brand positioning, campaign development, and research a must
- Experience with marketing platforms such as: Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo for marketing automation and marketing/customer engagement
- A proven track-record of developing and nurturing a strategic approach to internal marketing communications and change management by creating and implementing plans
- Experience with driving internal communications across a variety of formats and channels (including but not limited to email) to most effectively reach your audience
- Experience tailoring messaging by audience and using technology to deliver personalized marketing
- Experience with developing and maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand
- Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Ability to balance critical and creative thinking
- Experience navigating a complex, matrixed organization
- Having worked in virtual and/or intercultural teams a plus
