About the Organization

Atal Incubation Centre- BIMTECH (AIC-BIMTECH) is a sector-agnostic business incubator located in Greater Noida (Delhi NCR), which aims to create economic and social impact through entrepreneurship. AIC- BIMTECH is one of a kind academia-industrygovernment partnership, driven by Atal Innovation Mission (which comes under Niti Aayog) to create high-class incubation facilities with suitable infrastructure in terms of capital equipment and operating facilities. We have been operational since January 2018, and over the course of our journey, we have supported 170+ Startups across the country, and created 90+ partnerships, both nationally and internationally.

Job Description

• Support the implementation of the different national and international projects that the incubator is working on planning and executing.
• Building & nurturing community of Entrepreneurs, mentor & Investors associated with the incubators.
• This position requires the ideal candidate to be focused and deadline-oriented, as the primary engagement for him/her would revolve around supporting the operations of the incubator.
• Analyze data Developing and maintaining internal databases.
• Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry and create the content around it if needed as part of Job.
• Support the Managers in the daily management of the incubation programs and activities.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Candidate should have really good communication skills (both, written and verbal)
• Problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to dedicated work
• Team-working skills and the ability to handle aggressive deadlines
• It is an individual contributor role, so candidates must be able to handle multiple things at the same time.
• Good knowledge of MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
