Job Description/Responsibilities

You will be part of the Global CSR & Engagement team, within People Department. You will report to the Global CSR & Engagement Director, and work closely with APAC HR Directors (India/SEA & China) and the regional HR Teams.

• Manage the deployment of our CSR policy and roadmap in the APAC region in collaboration with the CSR Team, with the local HR, the Leadership and business teams, our ambassadors, and our external partners
• Contribute to strategizing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Policy and support the deployment of priority actions, in particular in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), gender equity (training, gender index, monitoring of objectives, etc.) and well-being, as well as environmental actions.
• Responsible for successful implementation of the Ambassador Program at APAC level and support the Central team to define and implement the best practices at Group level, facilitate and organise Local CSR Steering Committee meetings at different regions in APAC, contribute to the recruitment of new ‘ambassadors’ among employees
• Well versed with the local CSR/sustainability compliance and regulations
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Finance/Legal/HR) and external stakeholders (non-profits/community stakeholders) to strategize and create impactful and sustainable CSR programs.
• Regular monitoring, impact mapping and reporting the progress of existing projects to relevant stakeholders
• Responsible for planning and driving CSR programs, employee engagement programs (including internal engagement survey) and employee volunteering drives
• Support the communication team to drive CSR communication across relevant platforms
• Contribute to the CSR reporting, analyze qualitative and quantitative data and dashboards for APAC

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors/Masters in Social Work, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in CSR initiatives, engagement, DEI, and/or HR topics in a complex, fast-paced global environment
• Well versed with the local CSR mandates
• You are passionate about CSR & DEI issues, enthusiastic about working on employee engagement and well-being issues and eager to make a positive impact.
• You know how to structure ideas in order to build a concept and project.
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to clearly articulate messages in English both in writing and orally, to audiences at all levels of the company.
• You have a strong ability to facilitate workshops.
• You like to work in a team and know how to collaborate effectively with teams from different locations and cultures.
• You are autonomous and have a strong sense of initiative.
