Position: Consultant-CSR and Nutrition

Location: Ahmedabad/NCR

Annual CTC: INR 5.70-6.60L

We are a social impact research, communication and project management organisation. We are the curator of India’s largest social impact platform ‘CSRBOX’ and have been managing this for the past 6 years. We work on client projects from concept design to project management level in the areas of research design, communication and outreach, campaigns and platforms management, CSR project design, monitoring and evaluation.

We work closely with the UN organizations, bilateral funding organizations, and philanthropic foundations. iNGOs, CSR Foundations, businesses and incubators. A few of our clients are UNICEF, IBM, Bosch India, Bajaj group, Airbus, LG Electronics, Hero MotoCorp, SKF, ICICI Bank, UNDP etc.

The Position

The Consultant will work with CSRBOX on its core platform ‘IMPAct4Nutrition’, where CSRBOX is an Initiative Partner along with UNICEF India, Sight & Life, Tata Trusts and NASSCOM Foundation. This position involves mapping of companies and CSR foundations that will be interested to work in the area of nutrition and nutri-sensitive projects or initiate some programs for workplace nutrition, employee health in their company. This role requires extensive outreach to businesses and like-minded organisations, one on one sessions with a few CSR heads and pitching the idea of nutrition CSR projects, working with companies to co-design concepts and projects, monitor and hand-hold project implementation, documentation etc. To align with this role, extensive networking and outreach preparedness is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To advocate for I4N platform with businesses and CSR foundations
• To build extensive database and network of CSR leaders to prepare base for the outreach
• To reach out to CSR heads, pitch for I4N support to business for CSR projects and workplace nutrition
• Create new ideas for CSR collaboration with companies on nutrition
• Curating concepts and project ideas on nutri-sensitive CSR projects and pitching those to companies
• To handhold companies for project design and implementation support
• To work with I4N Secretariat for building knowledge resources and future strategy and action plan
• Work with top management and vertical heads to align with organization’s requirements and growth plan
• Share the insights effectively in team and client meetings and translate the insights into recommendations and plans
• Participate in building, structuring and developing knowledge internally at the organization level

Qualification & Experience

• Post-Graduate in areas related to healthcare, nutrition, social work etc
• Deep understanding of India’s CSR and social sector ecosystem
• 1-2 years of professional experience in nutrition and healthcare sector or social sector project partnerships
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Professional experience in writing and publishing technical reports, documentation
• Proficiency in making and delivering presentation
