Job Description
Stakeholder management
- Engage with the key stakeholders, internal and external, liaising with CSR partners, on ground teams
- Represent India as country delegate in Global foundation and liase with them for marketing, volunteering and other engagements as and when solicited by Global foundation
End to end project management and monitoring of CSR projects of SEI in India by implementing the best project management practices to meet the timeline, budget and social goals of the projects.
- Lead & Manage the Rural Electrification program of Schneider Electric India Foundation.
- Lead & Manage the Entrepreneur development program of Schneider Electric India Foundation.
Event Management
- Organize various events related to CSR such as training center inaugrations, media events with help of various internal functions & external agencies
Marketing & Communication
- Articulating internal and external communication through writing newsletters, blogs, case studies, yammer posts
- Drafting various award applications
- Handling social media handles for CSR
Volunteering- Greater India
- To handle volunteering across Greater India- creating a network of CSR SPOCS, organizing volunteering activities on monthly basis at pan India locations with help of these SPOCS
- Managing inhouse volunteerIn portal meant for volunteering and ensuring its usage by employees
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Postgraduate in Social Work/ MBA with 3-5 year of work experience in the CSR and skill development domain
- You should be a strong team player and an inspirational leader possessing technical credibility and presence, with the ability to quickly gain the confidence of your team, your peers and management.
- You should be an effective communicator and consensus builder across key stakeholders and strong collaboration with wider networks will be part of your DNA
- You should be updated with the CSR law and pulse of development sector in India and global trends
- Creative bent of mind, ability to think out of box will be an added advantage
- Experience of working in a matrix structure and able to positively influence teams outside of their direct control
- You should be comfortable with travelling to tier 1,2,3 cities and rural and interior locations of India
- You are excellant at report writing and microsoft presentation making
