About the position:

We are looking for a competent Digital Marketing and Communications Executive to support the organization’s online and offline ventures. This primarily involves developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the organisation’s market presence and help it find a “voice” that will make a difference. You’ll be responsible for presenting our solutions in ways that will strengthen our brand as a non-profit and boost partnerships.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications

  • Study organisation profile and operations to understand its marketing needs

  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness 

  • Work directly with the partnerships and programs team to identify and execute project communication needs and specifications

  • Conceive efficient and intuitive marketing strategies and develop tactics to get the word out about our organisation and drive qualified traffic to our front door

  • Build marketing material - digital and print for dissemination on all relevant social media channels

  • Develop donor communication and engagement material for better retention rate

  • Prepare online newsletters and launch email marketing/crowd fundraising campaigns and organize their distribution through various channels

  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

  • Design and create ads to help support project based marketing needs (e.g. fundraising, product promotion)

  • Develop and manage monthly report of ROI (Return on Investment) on Marketing and Communication efforts


Public Relations & Social Media

  • Build and support Intelehealth’s PR Strategy

  • Research media coverage and industry trends

  • Create and distribute press releases, media relations content and speaking proposals

  • Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and corporate supporters

  • Manage relationships with key industry players, media agencies & partners and coordinate/manage press interviews

  • Manage Intelehealth’s social media assets, including campaign ideation and execution

  • Formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with our target audiences

  • Plan and monitor the ongoing organisation presence on social media

  • Generate leads for partnerships and fundraising through various digital platforms

  • Launch optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness

  • Develop fresh story ideas

  • Act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency in all projects

  • Increase operational efficiency and help set up and improve workflow processes when and where needed


Requirements

  • Must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree 

  • 1-3 years related work experience (freshers with good internship feats may apply)

  • Good knowledge of non-profit marketing - to identify target audiences and creatively devise and lead marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate - together with the potential and attitude to learn

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

  • Understanding of B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM

  • Strong skills in creative content writing, editing, proofreading and layout/design are essential

  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) is preferred

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Experienced with MS Office
