Educational Requirements:

Master In Developmental Studies, Sociology, Anthropology

Work Experience:

  • 10 Years Of Experience In Cso Or Other Development Related Organizations Where People Management, Knowledge Management, Resource  Mobilisation And Projects Implementation Were Successfullycarried Out And Results Were Delivered Within The Stipulated Time Lines
  • Experience In Writing Project Proposals And Preparing Presentation To Various Authorities
  • Networked Effectively With Philanthropic Organizations/ Csr Departments And Other Collaborators To Bring Additional Resources To The Organization
  • Performed Evaluations Of The Projects

Required Skills:

Resource Mobilization: Strong Networking Skills Essential. Confident And Skilled At Acquiring Funds From Csr Sector.

Communications: Mastery Over Language, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, Comfortable With Creating Various Formats Of Presentations And With Multiple Technology Tools.

Critical Thinking:  Strong Analytic Skills, Strategic Planning, Locating And Solving Problems And Building Consensus Are Absolute Necessary. Excellent Team Player Who Takes People Along.

Leadership: Comfortable With Collective Leadership, Participatory Decision Making And Participatory Budgeting Processes In A Deeply Horizontal Organization.

Technology: Adapt At Mastering New Technologies And Using It To Further The Cause Of The Communications. Strong Ict Knowledge A Must

  • Resource Mobilization Through Collaboration/Csr/ Networking
  • Making And Implementing Strategies To Increase Visibility And Createproject Relatedfunding Opportunities
  • Writing Proposals And Creating Budgets
  • Developing Partnership Or Collaboration With Philanthropic Organisations, High Net-Worth Individuals And Government Agencies
  • Handling All The Communications With Current Funders And Submit Various Reports As Per The Deadlines
  • Contributing To Pukar Annualreport, E-Zine And Other Write-Ups  As And When Required
  • Ideating, Contributing To The Projects
  • Increasing Visibility In Media Through Various Channels Available

Working Hours:

  • Minimum 40 Hours Of Work Per Week. A Typical Working Week Is Thursday To Monday, With Tuesday And Wednesday Being Weekly Offs
  • The Person Must Also Be Willing To Work On Holidays For Field Visits And Meetings
  • The Person Must Also Be Willing To Work Extra Hours If Required
  • Willingness To Travel Within Or Outside Mumbai Whenever Required
