Position: Impact Associate - Data Management

Reporting to: Impact Catalyst &  Chief Impact Catalyst

Job Type: Full-time consultant

Location: Pune

Salary: 3 to 3.6 LPA (commensurate to skills & experience)

What does our ideal candidate look like?

1. Education & Experience: Fresher in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science) with a strong foundation of data analysis & interpretation

2. Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to expand your knowledge and skills in data analytics and related technologies.

3. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analytics, database management systems (DBMS), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studios).

4. UI/UX Understanding: A good grasp of UI/UX principles to enhance user experience in dashboard design.

5. Analytical Skills: Good logical thinking and analytical capabilities; coding experience in Python, R, MySQL, Data Warehouse is preferred.

6. Initiative: Ability to take ownership of tasks and execute them independently.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Data Collection & Analysis

   1. Design & implement tools for efficient data collection from various sources

   2. Ensure accurate and timely input of data, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods

2. Dashboard Development & Maintenance
   1. Create intuitive dashboards that visually represent data, showing progress and highlighting key metrics for client programs and integrate to respective websites
   2. Automate and oversee data flows to ensure dashboards are constantly updated with real-time information and maintenance
3. Admin support - Tech:
   1. Provide administrative tech support, ensuring smooth integration of data tools and dashboards at the client’s end.
