About the Organization

Established in 2007, the National Health Systems Resource Centre's mandate is to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health.

Job Responsibilities

• Review the contemporary literature and programme guidelines, and examine the existing measurement system (ME & checkpoints) under the NQAS, LaQshya, MusQan, and Kayakalp
• Support QPS division in strengthening IT initiative for Quality Certification.
• Support the division in drafting of other initiatives
• Support the States with Implementation of NQAS and Kayakalp
• Development of Resource Material
• Conduct trainings
• Any other task, as per need of the QPS Division

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

For achieving above-mentioned deliverables, the applicant is expected to possess following qualifications & experience

Essential Qualification

Possess at least two years’ full-time Post graduate degree from a reputed institute:

• Masters in Hospital Administration
• Master’s in Public Health
• Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management

Salary

Between Rs.40,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-
