Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: .

  • Develop & introduce strategic tools, frameworks and templates to identify & solve pain points
  • Prepare project reports & presentations for the internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage knowledge & data, synthesize progress updates and create sharp insights for the leadership & project teams
  • Support and build capacities of Product and Operations teams to track, capture and measure progress
  • Propose and implement special projects with multiple teams
  • Suggest process improvement opportunities for streamlining key functions, build capacities of stakeholders for change management
  • Develop & manage ecosystem partnerships and relationships
  • Provide need-based support to strengthen national, state & district level institutional mechanisms.
  • Employ effective landscaping & research to assess Product’s growth & expansion options across geographies and themes  
  • Support CXOs with creative human-centric, tech enabled interventions- design, development and outreach
  • Provide project management and analytical support to multiple projects.

Desirable Qualification & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Health, Public Administration, Public Policy, or equivalent from a reputed institute or graduate with outstanding professional record
  • 4-7 years of prior experience in development consulting, CXO/founder’s office, product/portfolio development.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent critical thinking & problem-solving capabilities, affinity to work in complex, fast-paced settings.
  • Advanced written & oral communication skills- ability to write complex concepts quickly, clearly, and concisely as per stakeholder requirements.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker- acumen to understand wicked problems & develop Products & interventions around them.
  • Ability to story-tell & brand
  • Overall understanding of Indian public health/development landscape
  • Strong collaboration ability to facilitate engagement with CXOs and cross-functional teams
  • Strong hands-on with Microsoft/Google Office suite- ability to compose compelling PowerPoint presentations quickly
  • Exposure to technology- Evolving trends in technology and digitalization and use cases for social change, zeal to dig deeper.
  • Decent analytical, quantitative & project management skills.
  • Initiate independently, humility, willingness to unlearn and learn.
