Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan' Bhopal, MP

Job Background & Purpose:

This is a Program Management & Process Re-engineering role for Government Programs in GCPT Team at Piramal. GCPT has been set-up as the Genpact Center for Process Transformation; an initiative born out of Genpact and Piramal. The partnership to re - engineer/ transform key identified processes in Govt. Education Sector. The role involves extensive Govt Engagement within the Govt Eco System.

Key roles & responsibilities.

Understanding Business Needs and deployment.

• Encourage different points of view to create better products and resolve any conflicts arising in the process
• Ensure and Encourage Product Deployment with help of stakeholders.

Gathering, identifying and documenting business requirements.

• Define and document all use cases, End-to-End process flows, and business requirements in a timely manner.
• Writing and maintaining user documentation and impart training to the users. Write Test Scripts, end to end from BRD to UAT, Creating Visual Wire Frames
• Analyze the impact of changes from State to District to Block; etc. and detail it out on product, people or process

Simplifying requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team.

• Communicate and engage the team members and stakeholders with Visual representations of systems, processes, data relationships and help different groups arrive at shared understanding of requirements. Hands-on experience on tools like Microsoft Vision will be preferred
• Articulate the right message at the right time for the right audience and in the right tone to facilitate productive conclusions
• Systems thinking - Ability to break down big concepts into smaller pieces as well as abstract up the details to see the bigger picture.

Data Analysis and interpretation.

• Discover the meaning of data, define data relationships, connect disparate data to gain insights
• Understand the complex relationships & trends in the data using statistical techniques and identify meaningful insights from it

Technical Skills

• Identify available tools that meet the proposed requirements, do a Gap Analysis between the as-is process and the to-be process
• Lead the evaluation of tools, technologies & IT systems/applications, and rate those based on functionality/technical specifications
• Collaborate with respective Vendors & Partners and development partners to carry out the due diligence for the tool(s) and ensure the fitment
• Participate and represent project progress status in various internal and external governance reviews
• Create Implementation Plan with Scope, Deliverables and timelines; track and control/manage projects
• Facilitate change management and adoption by employing various means and working with the respective operations teams of the states

Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent writing and documentation skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) knowledge and demonstrated experience
• Critical thinking and problem-solving
• Collaboration with multiple internal/external stakeholders (individual and teams)
• Ability to work in high-ambiguity environment
• Should have leadership and demonstrative qualities.
• Facilitation, change management, Coaching experience is added advantage.

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 6 + years to Maximum 10 years in evaluating software requirement and delivering solutions for complex business problems
• MCA/BCA/B Tech Compute Science
• Software development experience & Lean Six Sigma Certification will be added advantage
• Must have experience of working in the government system Operations  
• Prior experiences working with government at District & State Levels
• Openness for Travel
