Job Position	Senior Research Associate (3 positions)
Location	Ahmedabad, Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru
Salary	4.8 lpa – 6 lpa (depending on experience)
Roles & Responsibilities	Support in identification of potential strategy areas, developing proposals and undertaking meaningful research to support policymaking. Support secondary research for research projects and project implementation. Assist/Help the Lead in data analysis for various projects and reports. Support/Lead outreach activities such as preparing discussion papers, brochures, writing online posts, etc. and organizing roundtables, workshops and other types of events. Participating in events, seminars, etc. related to the field of work. Guiding and mentoring interns. Participating actively in and contributing to the overall development of the organization.
Qualification and Experience	A post-graduate with Masters in Social Work or similar courses with strong research and analytical skills  1-2 years of relevant experience is desirable Good command on MS-Office Suite and advanced MS-Excel for handling large data sets Knowledge of SurveyCTO, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau will be an added advantage An understanding about development sector Enthusiasm and zeal towards learning more and grooming your skills
