Location: New Delhi
Duration of contract: 11 months (with possibility of extension)

About the Role
As part of our partnership with the Gender Equality Team of a leading American Foundation, we are committed to providing systematic portfolio management and strategic analysis of data and evidence support to enhance portfolio performance.
The position will play an integral role in ensuring successful implementation of MLE investments across the Gender portfolio including high quality monitoring, reporting, and evaluation. S/he will also provide technical guidance and on-the-ground capacity building support related to research methodology and implementation to partners. Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- developing an understanding of the evolution and current status of the GE MLE portfolio, GE strategy, and all investments under the portfolio;
- Support in the day-to-day management of all research and evaluation-related investments under the GE portfolio, working closely with the MLE partners to ensure timely completion of proposed workstreams; monitoring and tracking deliverables, outputs, and outcomes.
- strengthen partner capacities on impact-oriented reporting and provide strategic guidance to partners and project teams in developing monitoring frameworks and Baseline & endline Surveys, as required
- Monitor data from partners on a regular basis and draft regular management briefs to inform decision making; Prepare reports to feed into strategic planning and/or change management processes
- Identify and disseminate good practices, lessons and knowledge; as identified through program implementation, monitoring and evaluation activities

- Ability to research, analyze and present complex information.
Education
- Master’s Degree in Public Administration, International Development, International Management, Project Management, Statistics, Gender Studies, Social Science, International Relations, Political Science or related field is required.
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience of relevant work in measurement, learning, and evaluation in the development space
- Experience in designing conceptual and results frameworks, plans, M&E tools and strategies is a strong asset
- Experience in gender equality projects/programs is a strong asset
