Job Position: Sr. Associate- People and Culture
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: INR 3 LPA to 4.8 LPA ( Depending on Experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate - HR and Operations to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee engagement, administrative tasks, and operational activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to supporting a dynamic work environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for various roles within the organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other hiring events.
Employee Engagement:
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture and morale.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns.
- Implement strategies to improve employee retention and foster a positive work environment.
- Organize training and development programs to support employee growth and performance.
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including office management, facilities maintenance, and supplies procurement.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation and record-keeping for HR and administrative processes.
- Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff as required.
Operations:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and evaluating operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support project management tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance operational workflows.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment processes, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
