To complement the inspiring vision and strategy of high caliber small-medium sized social sector organizations and skills of development sector professionals, Impact Academy offers a set of carefully curated capacity building courses, masterclasses, workshops, seminars and boot camps across multiple domains to equip professionals with essential skills to operate and successfully scale their work through the lessons from sector experts.

Job Position	Sr. Associate – Research & Partnerships
Location	Delhi/ Ahmedabad
Salary	INR 4.80 LPA – INR 5.40 LPA (Depending on the experience)
About the Position	The Partnerships and Communication Associate will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders, as well as communicating Impact Academy's mission, values, and impact to a variety of audiences. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and creative individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in the social development space.
Roles & Responsibilities	Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including foundations, corporations, government agencies, and other non-profit organizations Plan and execute communication and outreach strategies to engage a variety of audiences, including the media, donors, volunteers, and the general public Collaborate with other teams within CSRBOX as needed to develop and implement communication and outreach plans for specific programs and initiatives Create and curate compelling content for Impact Academy's website, social media channels, and other communication platforms Monitor and analyze communication and outreach metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in communications, partnerships, and impact measurement, and share this knowledge with the team
Mandatory Qualification and Experience	Degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, communications, or a related field Preferably in a non-profit or social impact organization
Desirable	Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience creating and curating digital content 2-4 years of relevant experience in partnerships management preferred Experience in handling diverse stakeholders Strong communication skills and IT fluency Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task Excellent organizational skills Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Canva Has an established alumni network and Indian social sector knowledge
