About The Program
Started in 2012, The Economic Times Young Leaders is India's largest and definitive platform for young managers to fast-track their careers. Over the years, India’s top CEOs have partnered with the program. These include Harsh Mariwala (Chairman, Marico), Kalpana Morparia (CEO, JP Morgan & Co.), Pramit Jhaveri (Vice Chairman, Citi India), Sanjiv Mehta (CEO, Hindustan Unilever) and Vanitha Narayanan (Chairman, IBM India) amongst others
In 2018, the ET Young Leaders program received participation from approx. 25,000 young working professionals. 46 deserving professionals were identified as the promising young leaders of corporate India. 10 of India’s top CEOs conducted one-on-one interviews with the finalists. A glittering felicitation ceremony was attended by the finalists and alumni who spent an evening engaging with India’s leading CEOs.

The Economic Times Young Leaders (ETYL) is an initiative of and the sole property of The Economic Times. ET Young Leaders is supported by partners as published on www.etyoungleaders.com
Register with ETYL in the format prescribed by the program with guidelines for entry followed. For taking the online test in Phase 1, the ETYL website will redirect participants to the website of our partner SHL.
Correspondence: Any correspondence from ETYL to participants will be directed by email and/or SMS and/or letter to your email address and/or postal address as provided by you.
Eligibility: Applicants are required to be Indian resident nationals. (Applicants temporarily working outside India on work assignment can participate unless they are permanently based in another country)
Applicants are required to be between 26 and 32 years, (D.O.B. between and including 04 June 1987 to 04 June 1993). The following persons cannot participate in ETYL: (a) An employee of Bennett Coleman & Co. Limited or group companies of The Times Group (b) a member or employee of SHL (c) A member of the Jury for ETYL (d) Cannot be self-employed/ entrepreneur/ owner of a company
