The competence and commitment of educational leaders play a pivotal role in improving and strengthening the teaching-learning process, research and innovation. An assessment of the current status and its implications on leaders significantly impact their roles in creating space for a conducive environment for management and quality in institutions. As governance drives excellence in academics and the institutions/universities, the role of the leaders becomes critical in augmenting quality in the higher education ecosystem in the country.

The seminar on Indian Higher Education: Current Status and Leadership Challenges will bring together an array of thoughts by experts in higher Education to create an opportunity for capacity building among leaders. The emphasis will be on mechanisms to respond to the emerging and current developments that are volatile which challenge Higher Education today.

Submission of Full-Length Paper

The full-length paper should not exceed 3000 words and should be typed in a single column, with 1.5 line spacing in Times New Roman 12 font size. The first page should include the paper title, with author's name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail id on the right top corner of the page. Please do not add a cover page for the paper. The paper must be presented by the author or the co-author. The full-length paper with the abstract should be forwarded to cedbec@christuniversity.in on or before 30 May 2019
