Role of women in corporate sector work place is very crucial because of the diversity they bring to organizational structure. Woman entrepreneurs and managers play a pivotal role in addressing diversity of gender and inclusiveness in corporate sector. 21st century is witnessing increased participation of women in every field, be it science, technology, management, law etc. On the one hand, there is an opportunity to contribute towards democratizing participation whereas on the other hand, there is a responsibility vested with women leaders and managers (who constitute workforce) to make informed decision for the entity which they represent. They are looked upon by their peer groups and contemporaries because as executives and key managerial professionals, they are responsible for judicious and practical solutions to the complex and spontaneous challenges. Hence, an in-depth understanding of the basics of finance, economics, strategic decision making, creative and design thinking, leadership skills, corporate communicative skills and corporate governance law etc, will enable women executives to have a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to address a problem within the business entity. Moreover, shared live experiences of other women executives also throws insights on addressing and equipping themselves of various challenges in their managerial career.

This programme is designed to provide detailed fundamental knowledge and to enrich the participants with the necessary practical and theoretical bases which in turn will facilitate to make informed decision while at corporate hierarchy.
