A 3 Day Immersive, Experiential, Capacity building Bootcamp for NGOs in Rural Development, Livelihood and Environment Protection Sectors to offer our NGO participants a unique opportunity to immerse themselves and understand diverse rural landscapes and human capital involved, identify the issues surrounding them and learn to plan implementable programmes around the identified issues.

 The main objective of this Bootcamp is to:

  • Strengthen NGOs functionaries, and field implementation staff
  • Identify and address the areas where they have any knowledge or performance gap
  • Strengthen NGO Management and Administration  (including HR, Finance, Legal)
  • Equip partcipants with tools and techniques related to Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)
  • Focus on behavioral skills like communication, presentation and leadership
  • Focus on developing skills needed for implementing field based interventions 
  • Capacity building in the context of Fund Generation, Resource Mobilization and Funding Agencies’ requirements
  • Live interaction/pitch test with our funding agency/CSR partners

The program shall be conducted in the beautiful, ecologically rich interiors of Uttarakhand, at an eco-friendly camping site which is an indigenous initiative by the locals to promote environmental awareness and livelihood generation for the youth in the local villages.
