EOI title: Expression of Interest (EOI) for Setting up of State Programme Management Unit (SPMU)

Govt. of Odisha have implemented the Centrally Sponsored Scheme of National AYUSH Mission (NAM) launched by Government of India from the year 2014-15 to promote AYUSH systems through cost-effective AYUSH services, strengthening of educational systems, facilitate the enforcement of quality control of Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani & Homoeopathy (ASU&H) drugs and sustainable availability of ASU & H raw materials.
The State Programme Management Unit (SPMU) is envisioned to provide technical support for implementation of National AYUSH Mission in the State. Since, the programme will involve wide spectrum of activities, it is imperative to have management and technical professionals who can provide technical assistance and programme management support to Odisha State AYUSH Society. The expenditure on their remuneration will be met out of the component under Administrative Cost of National AYUSH Mission (NAM) for the mission period.
Scope of Work
The scope of work for the State Programme Management Unit (SPMU) shall include technical assistance and programme management support to the implementation of programmes in the major areas which shall include, but not limited to the responsibility mentioned under this RFP.
The entire team of the proposed Programme Management Unit shall include following types of Key Personnel:
- One Programme Manager
- One Finance Manager
- One Consultant – Ayurveda
- One Consultant – Homoeopathy
- One Accounts Manager
- One Health Management Information System (HMIS) Manager
Submission of EOI
The EoI shall be submitted in a single sealed envelope and superscribed as “EoI for Setting up of State Programme Management Unit (SPMU) in the o/o Odisha State AYUSH Society (OSAS)” and EOI No.1195/DAYUSH dt.02.02.2019.This envelope should contain signed hard copy of the downloaded document of EoI along with other relevant documents.
