Accountant cum Admin Associate

Responsible for the day-to-day general accounts and admin related works of the organization, assisting the Chief Executive and supporting the staff team
Primarily responsible for record-keeping and information tracking
Maintaining indent file, requisition slip, others file, Challans, Cash book, ledger book, voucher file, rent and service charges file, office operating cost file, communication (telephone/T.A.), bank transactions, recording daily flow chart.
Bank reconciliation and all type of Tax handling.
Preparing financial reports such as CMIS and SOE.
To maintain inventory and stock registers.
To maintain attendance register and leave record.
Providing assistance in timely disbursement of salary.
Undertaking and assisting in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts, and payments as required and instructed.
Administering the petty cash system and ensure appropriate record keeping.
Providing administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations including security, internet, telecommunication system, desktops, pantry services, basic amenities, etc.
To act as the main point of contact for visitors and callers, including reception duties.
Ensuring proper arrangement of logistics (space & refreshment) during meetings and in-house training.
Arranging hospitality of guests of the organization as and when required.
Management of time and priority setting & work planning and scheduling.
Representing the organization at meetings, conferences, and workshops.
To maintain close links and inform the Chief Executive of all issues likely to affect the smooth functioning of the organization.
Undertaking such other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature from time to time as may be required, in consultation with the organization.
