About Us:

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) is a technical support organisation under the National Health Mission, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. NHSRC channelizes required technical assistance for the MoHFW and the States for various tasks. Such requirements are dynamic in nature. Work at the NHSRC is organised around seven divisions, namely – Community Processes & Comprehensive Primary Care, Healthcare Financing, Healthcare Technology, Human Resources for Health, Public Health Planning, Public Health Administration and Quality Improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review the contemporary literature and programme guidelines, and examine the existing measurement system (ME & check-points) under the NQAS
  • Support the States with Implementation of NQAS
  • Development of Resource Material
  • Conduct training
  • Any other task, as per need of the QI Division

Qualification & Experience:

For achieving above-mentioned deliverables, the applicant is expected to possess following qualifications & experience:

Essential Qualification:

  • Two years’ full-time PG degree in Hospital Administration/Hospital Management/ Public Health from a reputed institute
  • 3 Years of post-qualification experience

Desirable – Preference would be given to following applicants

  • MBBS (Equivalent – recognised to practice the medicine in India by the competent authority)
  • Robust experience of implementation of National Quality Assurance Standards with tangible results

Age Limit: 40 Years (As on last date of receiving applications)

Location: New Delhi with extensive travel to states and districts.

Remuneration Range: Rs. 44,000/- to Rs. 99,000/- per month
