It is a registered charitable trust committed to help children from hearing impairment where parents cannot afford medical assistance. The foundation activities focus on identifying children with hearing disability, provided them rehabilitation and integrated education, free hearing aids, travel assistance and medical assistance. Job Purpose

The purpose of the job is to support the organisation grow by bringing in donors and raising funds. We are looking for enthusiastic tele callers who can contribute by setting up donor appointments for the organisation. The primary responsibility is to close appointments over the phone and build donor relations. Candidate must be an excellent communicator and they should be able to represent the Organisation over the phone. Should be able to handle any donor queries, complaints or doubts and escalate to the manager, if required.

Educational Qualification

Any fresher or graduate or 1 to 2 years of experience in BPO sector

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Present, initiate conversation with prospective donors by out calling based on system-dialer. Training will be provided for handling systems and calls.
  • Influence, convert or retain donors to support Tara Foundation's social cause by following a standard response-script and share relevant organisation and cause related information.
  • Update information by completing forms and record logs
  • Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
  • Follow instructions and established procedures; notify or approach team leader/manager for any assistance.
  • Support Operations team by following policies and procedures; report any process or call handling related inputs or issues in-time.
  • Maintain call quality service by following the set standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing individual and team goals.
  • Maintain ethics, data security and confidentiality.
  • Record details of opportunities and leads.

Profile expectation

  • Should have Excellent Communication Skills, strong telephone manners/ etiquette
  • Should have strong convincing skills
  • Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English
  • Should be able to work as a team
  • Basic computer knowledge
