Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation

Experience: The candidate should be graduate with at least 4 years of experience or Post Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in marketing. Working knowledge of skill development ecosystem, government initiative of National Career Service and other employability enhancing programs is preferable. Relevant experience in partnership and liasoning activities to promote center outreach and marketing.

Technical (Knowledge, Skills, Attitude)

  • Team management and create community ambassadors for spreading need of career counselling for the center in territory
  • Making target segment wise outreach plans and ensures execution of the same with the support from executive partnership
  • Responsible for increasing Walkins
  • Creating partnerships with Institutes, Skill training institute, placement agencies
  • Conduct and co-ordinate , job fair, outreach and Camp,
  • Academic partnership with Schools, ITI, Institutes, Universities, Youth organizations,
  • Partnership with Industry around to bring more employment opportunities
  • Ensure targets are met for the center
  • To handle ATL, BTL initiatives of the center for the territory
  • To strengthen the company's reach in the assigned market
  • Implementation of marketing & promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development

  • Demonstrate fairness and transparency.
  • The Manager should be able to deal with all stake holders like Students, Parents, job Seekers, Skill Providers, Employers, Placement organisations, Career Counsellors, Local Service provider as per NCS project
  • Maintains up-to-date information on careers, occupations, current employment opportunities and trends, entry-level occupational requirements.
  • Publishes this information in a format that can be used by the college for Marketing & Admissions, faculty, and other offices
  • Successfully Manage National career service, Model career center objectives

Salary: As per Industry standards

Working days: 5 days including (9 .45 am- 5.45 pm)

Employment Type: Contractual for three years as per FICCI employment rules

Location: Greater Noida, India
