1. Recruitment, Induction and Exit (Timely)
2. Annual Performance Appraisal Process
3. Annual Protshan Awards Process
4. Interns engagement process
5. Monthly Salary / AIMS Process
6. Celebration process (Birthday, Marriage) and Farewell
7. Team Engaement and outing
8. Resolving the timely HR issues
9. PF submission in liason with finance
10. Insurance and mediclaim
11. Backup of employee files and data

10. Insurance and mediclaim

11. Backup of employee files and data

12. ID creation and access to folders (common), access to required websites

13. Sparsh / Technolodgy plateform (TC)

14. SRF IT helpdesk / IT Team

15. Director office chennalization

16. Ensure quality and accuracy of evidence generated by the functions for accountability of purposes as required

17. To standardize the policies, processes and systems while contributing in developing new required policies

18. To identify & develop training need and provide adequate support in building capacity of various teams by on-the-job training and handholding support

19. Travel periodically to the field to check the quality of the monitoring functioning by seeing the process at work and reviewing the key performance indicators

20. Ensuring ethical guidelines & organizational values on managing systems and processes

21. Raise the red flags with the respective employees on inevitable critical need redressal

22. To ensure completion of agreed task of required functions within timeline

Position Specifications:

Educational Qualification

(Minimal Required)

 Master’s Degree in HRM or equivalent

Duration & nature of past experience required

(Minimal Required)

 Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the field of HR

 Working experience in development sector in the field of school education & vocational skills will be preferred

Competencies

Obligatory:

 Excellent writing/documentation and presentation skills

 Organized, team player, self-starter and results-oriented individual

 Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Hindi and English, knowledge of multi-lingual will be an asset

 Strong integrity, commitment and dedication towards the work and the organization

 Ability to deal with HR issues in balancing manner

 Ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders

 Inter-personal skills and sensitivity

 Training abilities & need based travel

 Working knowledge in computer and advanced IT skills
